I mean since it is a school computer, no. If you can try to get a virtual machine with OSx, then maybe, but it's not worth your time to use imovie.

 

for prosumer/professionals Adobe is the industry standard, however do not discount final cut pro x (or final cut pro 7 if you can find a copy)

 

Sony Vegas is also very popular.

Hi there

 

I was wondering if it was possible to get imovie for windows. I really like to use it on school computers but dont personally have a mac

If not, what is the best video editing software instead of Imovie.

Answer's the same if you assume he meant PC not windows, but hackintosh is not windows.
