I want a test bench that I can work with. Nothing special, but neat. I do not want to spend more than £50 of it, if possible.

No thanks I build pc's for a living and want something decent and professional

You're going to be spending more than £50 then. Test benches are surprisingly expensive.

This is what I'd go for http://www.scan.co.uk/products/phobya-wacoolt-benchtable-black?utm_source=google+shopping&utm_medium=cpc&gclid=Cj0KEQiA96CyBRDk5qOtp5vz8LkBEiQA6wx8MOam_RcQWx1SCHyzEV-dCe_6ys3jqdNO1nPlYgHAInYaAhsc8P8HAQ

I did see this and liked the look of it, has anyone had any experiences with this and know if it's a good quality one

It looks like the bare minimum. No PCI brackets, no radiator support, no built in standoffs and so on. It's not going to do any more than a cardboard box, other than power switches.

I would either go for a good one that has support for radiators, built in standoffs and other convenient features, or don't buy one at all. If you're going to be switching things out a lot, something that requires minimal time to set up is best. You don't want to have to screw the board in everytime.
