Hi . I have an Msi A88x G45 gaming mobo , amd a6 7400k apu , ddr3 1866 8gb ram

Id like to overclock for better fps and if i press the overclock button on the mobo does it automatically over clock at a stable state? I dont want really high temps and risks n stuff

I havent overclocked in my life and this is my first pc build and its just the stock cooler . By overclocking how many extra fps can i squeeze out? i mainly play battlefield 4 multiplayer . I do plan on getting a graphics card soon.

Thanks in advance :)

Highly Appreciated
