I have bought a lot of keys form there and they all have worked

but... 

Is it legit? How are they able to sell keys so cheap? 

Not wanting to start a flame war I'm just curious is all.

It's mostly MSDN keys and similar not intended for resale.

Very grey area. If you intend on buying, the subreddit seems to be common ground for scammers so be careful. I can vouch for s5ean since I have bought from him before.

It falls under the grey market, "The grey market is the trade of a commodity through distribution channels that are legal but unintended by the original manufacturer" so it's legal but could screw you over as microsoft doesn't have to recognize your license if obtained in this manner, also you could just get screwed directly by the seller, or could have purchased a "valid" pirate copy as master discs exist on the internet
