just got this on HD tune is it bad?

Well it shouldn't look like that. Did you have any other programs open or anything like that? Or retried?

ah yeah this was the problem, would you be able to explaine to me then why my disk was just running at 100% with a trans rate of 130MB/s yet when i play bo3 it runs at 100'% at only around 30MB/s

Because it only needs 30mb/s. Why it's at 100%, who the hell knows lol.It may be because of this:

Some parts of an HDD run slower than others, this is also shown on the HDtune graph, it consistantly drops. THis is because the the disk gets bigger the further out you go. This influences speeds and BF4 may be saved at a spot where the transfer rate is really low (Or Task Manager fucked up). SSD's have rather consistant transfer rates

You can't really know and i guess it doesn't matter since you shouldn't see FPS decreases. Also don't always trust task manager on stuff like this, it's weird showing a lot of stuff.

i don't get cps drop but I'm not able to move at the start of any game

my main problem is that the game tends to crash every now and then due to high disk usage and this is what really annoys me the most
