After upgrading to windows 10, I realized that I do not have my full 8GB of memory at use as you can see below:

Steps I have taken:
  • After researching my motherboard I realized that I had my ram in slots 1&2, however, they needed to go into 1&3 or 2&4 so I tried both.
  • Ran a memtest, everything came back fine
  • Removed VMware--thought that might be the issue
  • Changed the maximum memory in msconfig ( removed the checkbox )
  • Updated my motherboard to F3
  • Updated my AMD chipset
  • Made sure that I have a 64bit.

What else can I do? Anything I am missing?

Thanks everyone!

Usually I would say disable your igpu but you don't have one. Do you have 32bit windows?

it says 64 bit.

Can always restore. Or take the cmos battery out.

Tried removing the CMOS battery. Nothing worked. Tried using one stick of ram and it only had 92mb reserved -.-

Also I noticed this issue a few weeks ago. So its a bit to late for a restore, I thought it would go away on its own.

Wow very helpful man! Thanks for the insight LMAO!
