Definitely a rendering problem. Has to be the graphics card/driver.

 

No, in game problem. Did this and it was solved.

 

Hello everyone,

 

MY pc:

CPU AMD A10-7800 (4cpu cores and some graphics cores )

Motherboard msi a88x-g45 gaming

Ram 8GB of 1600MHz

VGA msi R9 380 4GB

 

Windows 10

 

I played all my games well, Shogun total war 2, arma 3,LA Noire, no problem.

Got GTA V installed and this is what I get.

 

 

Can someone help me here?

Sounds like a driver problem.

GIGABYTE Z97MX-G516GB DDR3 | I5 4690k @ 4.4ghz | 1TB SSHD, 500GB HDD, 128GB SSD | GTX 1070 8GB | Corsair Graphite 230 | EVGA 650W | Hyper 212 EVO

 

Cinebench R15: 636(all cores), 127FPS

Check if your drivers are uptodate

 

 

Sounds like a driver problem.

Now I am running the beta drivers, there was a slight improvement, but still.

 

Check the installation

I feel that textures are missing

By checking the installation, you mean reinstall this :(

Second video it shows some improvements, but nothing that great.
