Yes, it's enough and it's good quality (can't go wrong with Seasonic)

I would change out that SSD though. To literally any other SSD.

EDIT: Something like a Sandisk SSD Plus is better and cheaper http://en.ksp.co.il/?uin=27389

Or a BX100, which is a very good SSD but a bit more expensive. http://en.ksp.co.il/?uin=26609

Change the GPU for an MSI AMD Radeon R9 380, your second link of your PSU is wrong it redirects you to a Corsair VS550 (which i shouldn't recommend to buy.) The Seasonic 450W is a good PSU. And get an Samsung 850EVO, Mushkin Chronos G2 or a Crucial MX200 SSD.

Also, I would think about choosing another CPU cooler. I once had a cooler from Arctic Cooling (freezer 13 pro), which was not that great. Loud fan, CPU temperatures of up to 80 degrees without OC and those plastic mounting kit for intel cpu, which broke up after 2 years. Check coolers from Thermalright and Cooler Master. Especially Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. Recommended by many people. You can also check Cryorig h7. And good thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5)

Sorry for my low english, but I'm trying my best  ;)

Can you help me choose a good cooler that will fit to my case(link in main comment) from this list:

I change the ssd to the sandisk u gave :)

And are u sure its enough power psu.. because in the power consumption of the gpu its said:400W (with one 6-pin & one 8-pin external power connectors)

So spu of 450W seems a bit low to me :P

Get the i5 6400 - 6500 is not worth the extra 10$ as it's barely 2% faster

The Kingston V300 SSDs are very, VERY bad as they cannot reach advertised speeds - get anything else, litrally anythng

960 is 15% slower than a R9 380 and the 4GB are severely bottlenecked by the 128-bit memory interface causing a OCed 960 to barely match a stock 380.

SeaSonic G-series/S12G are top-qualtiy PSUs - the 450W model can easily power your system but I'd suggest getting a 550W model in case you ever go for a 980 Ti/Fury X and want to OC those.
