Cyber Monday Sales... Is it worth it?

So, 

Cyber Monday is coming up soon, and I'm planning on buying all the parts to my new pc either on that day or before. 

I'm purchasing everything on Newegg, because I don't want to risk buying used crap on ebay or whatever. 

 

The thing I want to know is this:

 

Is it worth it to wait until Cyber Monday and buy all the parts at once then, or should I buy all the parts individually when they come on sale?

 

The catch to buying everything on Cyber Monday is that I don't know which parts are on sale, and which aren't. Also, are the deals for Cyber Monday really better than the weekly deals Newegg provides? Another thing is the account I'm using to buy the parts is a Newegg premier membership, if that gets me more discounts. I'm not that experienced on buying computer parts (seeing as this is my first build), but if a veteran (hopefully whoever's reading this) could give me some insight, that would be awesome.
