Corsair is done for me.

I was told even the quiet edition fans get loud.

 

Source that Noctua is coming out with seperate rubber mounts of different colors? First time i'm hearing.

Also a 140mm Noctua fan that's similar to the LTT fans?

 

The Quiet editions aren't bad at very low RPM, you can't hear them unless your ear is right up against it, but as for the Noctua mounts here:

Alright so i'm looking for some case fans and 2 fans for my heatsink.

I was thinking of getting some Phanteks but they're white and black and a bit "dull" looking; that kind of eye-catching dullness that makes the build look kinda bad.

I was thinking of getting those Corsair fans that come in dual-packs because they look nice and would also fit well in future builds but i hear they're still quite noisy.

I was thinking of getting some Noctua's, a few NF-F12 LinusKekTips Editions but i hate the orange (the vibration mounts come off but i'd like to have vibration mounts and am not sure if Noctua makes black ones) and also i'd need a 140mm fan but i can't really find any similarly black Noctua fans at 140mm.

Noctua will come out with separately purchasable rubber mounts of different colors if your interested in the LTT fans but as for the Corsair fans if you do go that route don't get the performance edition ones if your going for silence.
