I was wondering if i don't have a 6-pin on my PSU can i use an adapter? Is it good?

You can. I personally don't like it, a lot of molex connections are pretty poor quality.

Depends what PSU. If it's a decent quality/brand one then you'll be fine, but do NOT use those adapters on crappy generic PSUs.

Well usually yes as long as your PSU can handle it, they are a bit frowned upon since those molex connectors have a history of melting if too many amps are pulled through it with a bad connection.
