Well I want to buy a PC and that's what I think 'll be OK.

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258

GPU: MSI Radeon 250 1GB DDR5

MOBO: MSI H81M-P33

PSU: Tacens Radix ECO 400 W

RAM: Goodram 4GBx1 1600 Mhz CL9

HDD: Toshiba 500GB DT01ACA050

CASE: Logic A30

CPU COOLER: LC Power Cosmo Cool LC-CC-100

I'm actually running on 5 yrs old laptop with Pentium B940 and nVidia GT 520MX so everything better than this is good.

If possible, get an AMD Athlon X4 860K and the cheapest motherboard that can fit it (FM2+ Socket) as it's nearly the same price yet it has better performance than the Pentium. Also, that PSU is basically a fire hazard, it'd be better for you to get anything from Seasonic or Super Flower. XFX is good too. Also, an 8GB stick of RAM is the baseline nowadays if you want to make a gaming rig. Is it possible for you to squeeze an R7 260x in that budget or an R7 370? And is there some sort of website to make a list on for polish users?

Yeah, there is some for example http://arest.pl/konfigurator Also what I've read from some forums it's a good brand of PSUs.

That PSU they suggested is basically a bomb waiting to go off. And specific budget?

If you get a G3258 the stock cooler is plenty to cool the chip. You get a 90W stock cooler with a copper interface that's usually bundled with the i5 and i7 processors, not the crappy one usually bundled with Celerons, Pentiums, and i3. It's more than enough unless you're going for really high overclocks, which you probably won't get on a voltage limited H81 board anyways. My G3258 was fine in the summer in Texas with 38C days on a 4.4 GHz overclock using the stock cooler.

@TheRandomness whoa you crossed my budget a lot. In PLN my budget is approx. 1500 zł. I won't be playing games like Crysis 3, SW:Battlefront or Skyrim. Just LoL, CS:GO sometimes some Cinema 4D and rendering things. Like I said everything better than my actual laptop will be good. I don't need SSD or OS http://www.arest.pl/k-834537 I build sth like this.

@SteveGrabowski0 thanks for info

Get an XFX PSU instead as that cheiftec thing is a bomb too. The only reputable brands are Seasonic, Superflower, XFX, some of EVGAs models (G2/GS/P2/T2) and Antec High current Gamer/Pro/Platinum.
