Increase Laptop Speaker Volume

My laptop's speakers are too quiet... any way to increase their default Windows volume?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

hmm... I used to use some program to normalize the volume on a laptop. The name escapes me...

 

 

Breakaway! That's the name. If I remember correctly, it has quite a bit of EQ options too.

Haha, I used software to make my laptop speakers louder, and in a few weeks they started to make a crackling sound. I don't recommend it. Just get some small USB speakers or something.
