Hi, I am a first time builder and I have been watching tutorials to learn how to build a PC

Firstly, Is my build sufficient to run high end games like Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Fallout 4, etc?

 Here are Specs :

CPU:                i7 4790k

Motherboard:  MSI z97s SLI Krait Edition

CPU Cooler:    Cooler Master 212 Evo

RAM:               16gb of ddr3 ram (not sure what brand yet)

Storage           Western Digital Black series 7200rpm 1TB

Video Card:     Geforce GTX 980ti

Case:               Corsair 230T Orange

PSU:                Lepa Gold Series 700W

Also will this build have any problems as in parts not compatible?

Will it bottleneck?

Any other possible problems?

Any tips on assembling?

Finally, what is the order I should assemble?

Will it run?  Yes, without a single problem.  That's a lot of money to spend on a first build :P

You might want to add in a SSD though, would make things blazing fast :D  850 Evo if you can afford it.

When there is no danger of failure there is no pleasure in success.

No incompatibilities. (You can check for issues using PCPartPicker with the link in my signature below this post)

Absolutely no bottlenecks to see.

Could you upgrade to Skylake or is the more pricey CPU and DDR4 RAM too much? Also, is a SSD in your budget? Any SAMSUNG SSD will make your PC feel like lightning.

Remember to ground yourself by touching a plugged in, but not on, power supply occasionally while building.

This yea get an SSD try to get one with the read and writes in the 550+ Even just a small one to make it your boot drive would work. they wake the PC up in every area of use. they just seam less lethargic IMO.

If you don't Id seriously consider one as the first upgrade when/if you decide to upgrade

lovely build (with an SSD for the OS) but remember one key fact .... its huge fun building a PC, enjoy every second

Its actually easier than you would think but being a little nervous is a good thing, that way you wont be sloppy in any way!

Playing some games like Fallout 4 the CPU might slightly bottleneck the 980Ti,

You might want to invest into an anti-static wrist strap & mat to ground yourself,

Assemble in the most logical order, do everything related to the MOBO outside of the case, when you put it inside put in things like GPU and maybe the Cooler, if you want to make it difficult for yourself. The wiring is pretty easy, but if you need help refer to the PSU manual for guidance. Most games only use 2 cores from the CPU, but some are starting to use 4 cores, so maybe invest into a 6 core CPU? But only later on, it is extremely unnecessary for now.

Hopefully I didn't miss out anything, if I did or you need any more Answers let me know.
