Mostly yes, but:

I'd swap the Seidon for the Cryorig H7

and the Chronos for an 850 Evo

should cancel each other out price wise.

Aftermarket 980Ti >= Fury X >= Reference 980Ti > Fury > 980 > 390X > 390 >= 970 380X > 380 >= 960 > 950 >= 370 > 750Ti = 360

"The Orange Box" || CPU: i5 4690k || RAM: Kingston Hyper X Fury 16GB || Case: Aerocool DS200 (Orange) || Cooler: Cryorig R1 Ultimate || Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 240GB + WD Black 1TB || PSU: Corsair RM750 || Mobo: ASUS Z97-A || GPU: EVGA GTX 970 FTW+

"Unnamed Form Factor Switch" || CPU: i7 6700K || RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB || Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Mini ITX (White) || Cooler: Cryorig R1 Ultimate (Green Cover) || Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 1TB || PSU: XFX XTR 550W || Mobo: ASUS Z170I Pro Gaming || GPU: EVGA GTX 970 FTW+

gaming and college work and i dont want to spend more than that.

What kind of college work?

If its nothing editing based like 3D or video editing programs, you wont need the i7

It looks alright overall, you could easily get away with dropping the CPU to a 6700, if you cut your budget the right way you could fit in a Free-sync IPS 4k display, and just upgrade the later on.

Also that All in one cooler isn't worth it, if you're going to get an unlocked CPU get either a large air cooler or 240m AiO

should i change it to a skylake i5?

If you arent going to be doing any kind of activities which would require the i7, then yes id suggest going with the i5, which will allow you to save some money or use it elsewhere in your build.

and also what type of games at what rate?

If you would just play plants vs zombies or solitare you wouldnt need an extreme build but games like battlefield and call of duty on high is a new story

mostly gta 5, fallout 4, csgo, arma 3, and upcoming games
