Yeah, I haven't played the game personally but what I can gather from various sources is that regardless of your hardware, you're going to get FPS dips. Also, please do not flay me AMD users, but according to the Fallout website they worked closely with the people over at Nvidia, so I don't know if it might be worse on AMD.
