Android ad viruses

OKay so, I'm having trouble removing ad viruses and automatic downloads.

 

I already tried uninstalling suspicious files in safe mode but still whenever I restart this tablet. those suspicious apps always comes back.

I tried reformatting but those viruses keeps on coming back

 

I need help guys. Anyone there to help me? ​

This is the original reason I got adblock, and until ads become less of a threat it won't go away.

 

Can you reset the android os and store your contacts and wanted data else where? (don't have a smart phone so don't know)

If the virus/crapware is too heavily entrenched, you might need to flash the ROM to reset and fully remove the bad stuff (essentially wiping the phone and then reinstalling Android)
