What's the status @cluelessgenius ?

setting page file to "system managed" didnt help even it seemed like it at first but i  still had a blue screen later. posting it in op right after this post. was sick on the weekend and didnt manage to run diagnostic tool suggested here but will do as soon as possible. also maybe im just imagining things here but it seems like it often happens when theres heavy multimedia usage. im talking 3 paused youtube vids some java flash player buffering and stuff like that. im not sure if thats a clue but it just seems like whenever i got to many thing in parallel shit breaks.

My guess is, replace the HDD. Or test with another HDD if possible.

Give me a boost.

wel im gonna run some ddiagnostic on every hdd/ssd and see from there replacing stuff is not an option as i mentioonend i need proof that something is 100% the cause of this before i replace it. also my ssds arrent that old thinking one might have died makes me sad already so lets hope its not that

I would recommend running a chkdsk test using the OS tool. heres a windows 7 link on how to do it.  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2641432 And heres a windows 10/8 or 8.1 link http://www.thewindowsclub.com/disk-error-checking-windows-8

I believe that some of those errors are from a corrupt OS and if you check auto fix it will repair your OS by itself. This usually works.

I also, recommend doing it the windows 7 way. It should work even on windows 8/10 tho the way to get to it may be different if so I'll tell you how to find it.

Another thing I would do is load defaults in bios and see if it crashes after running on default settings.

If it's still crashing after chkdsk and default bios settings. Then remove all but one of your ram sticks and use your onboard display output and see if it still crashes.

If the processor is unable to process these multiple processes properly, it generates the CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED error. Sometimes this error can be quite critical as it could damage your hard disk, memory or in rare circumstances, your processor.

You could try to boot in to safemode and check if it helps. If the issue does not persist in Safe Mode, then perform a clean boot to check if any third party application is causing the issue, as clean boot helps in eliminating software conflicts.

Note: Once you are done with the troubleshooting, reset computer as usual.

you could also try to download and install all the latest chipset drivers and Hardware Driver update from the manufactures’ website.

Hope it helps.

well im probably going to do a fresh clean install of windows and wipe the disk properly. also like suggested before ill try reseting bios additionally.

i have done the mistake in the past to install all sorts of amd overdrive and asrock tuning software which may have done serious damage not working together. so yeah lets wipe this bastard and see if and for how long it helps if clean install doesnt work ill run the memory tests and harddrive tests.

That would be a good option. Let us know if you solved the problem or if it's still not solved.

ok so over the weekend i managed to record a few more bluescreens but unfortunatly i didnt have time to do a clean install or any other analyzing. i fear its the page file that is set by Samsung Magician to a bear minimum on the ssd. which is good but it also disables it for all other hdds and i tried to enable it for my mechanical hdd so the system doesnt run out anymore i thought. but after the next restart it was set back. anyway additional pics are in op.

also im not sure on how use memtest i got it running now but it seems to run indefinitly how do i know if its passed and done. also will there be some sort of error report on the stick afterwards or how does that work?

ok so one of my g-skill modules is definitly fucked. to point where the system wont even boot into bios to let me test it when only thta module is installed. so thats a relief. also the other one ran for 3 hours straight with no hik-ups. so thats good.

 ~snip

well yes this one says memory mangement but the thing is its not always the some error code i may have left that part out. its almost always a different error code. also i dont have a different set of ram lying around

definitely the ram, possibly, some of the processes and kernels that run off the ran are closed or crashed, thus crashing windows, because it it a important packground precess.

I know you dont want to replace your power supply, but if you have another one that you can switch to for a little while to test, that would be a good idea.

Additionally what are your specs? (mainly how many HDDs, what processor, what graphics, and what psu?)

Another option is to plug your power supply into an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) and see if that helps - it could be that you have bad wall power.

Last possibility is to boot into linux and run a stability test there - it might be a windows problem

EDIT: Forgot to mention - for the time being, turn all overclocks off

GOOD LUCK

1=ram related, 2=kernel related, 3-5=CPU related, 6-7=ram related, 8=kernel related, 9=CPU related, 10=ram related, 11=CPU related, and 12-13=OS related.

It's either bad ram, bad drivers, a bad mobo, or a corrupted OS.  Could also be a bad HDD/SSD, or a bad chipset on the mobo itself.

Im thinking bad power or bad os

is this the ripjaws or different gskill?

one stick runs........ check that same stick in a different slot.

then take the other stick and try it and swap slots.

well what i did was take the 2 ram sticks (mentionend in sig) i had and the 2 ram stick i bought used sunday night and the 2 ram stick a friend gave me because they apperently are also broken and tested every one of those 6 seperatly at work in a different system with memtest86+. the result is that one of my ripjaws is done with life and the ones fine. so is the rest of the stick so now im running 4 gig gskill and 4 gig kingston. not pretty but so far i had no crashes yesterday.

dirty wall power?

well while im not 100 percent sure i think wall power in germany is usually pretty constant. have had no problems with that in the past ever and dont know anybody who did. as mentionend to other i think its fixed now. the coming days will tell. lets not hope anything else is broke.

PSU and ram seems to be the heavy hitter on acouple of those. Wierd you are getting so many different ones though.

yes thats why i started this if it was constantly the same i couldve solved that myself. at this point i can only definitly say one of my ram stick got serious issues. wether the problem is now fixed or not only time will tell.

Try this, http://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php don't let it install advanced system care as that's mostly placebowear.  This is the only useful tool in the sw suite.  Just use the free tool, and let it check to see if there are any outdated drivers.  I have a feeling that part of the problem might be that.

NVM, but still a fine tool to have around.   :D

:D ... -.- nope
