Looking to upgrade please help

Hi im looking to upgrade my computer by purchasing a gtx 970 strix i have never built a computer so i need some help. will i be able to upgrade to the gtx with my computer?

this is the graphic card im looking to upgrade to

im not sure what my power supply is but i believe its 460w

 

 another concern is if its going fit my current graphic card is around 18cm long but it seems like i could get it to fit

Looks find just make sure that there is enough length for the GPU

I have the exact same pc but with a 750ti OC. I chose this because most other gpus in my price range where too long. there isnt much space in the case

If you're set on that 970 make sure you have a good power supply, and replace that one if it's not a good one.

most likely..your gonna want a new case and power supply as well..and possiblity heatsink
