i'd never recommend a 120mm AIO to anybody, Air just does it better for less, things like the Cyrorig H7.

 

to answer your original question it will fit in any 120mm fan slot.

Yes, It would fit easily.

 

i'd never recommend a 120mm AIO to anybody, Air just does it better for less, things like the Cyrorig H7.

There is always aesthetics though. Look at the Cooler Master Seidon 120V, if it was on sale for 40 bucks I would definitely buy it.

If you don't plan on overclocking you really dont need a liquid cooler like that to be honest :)
