Ubisoft Scammed me

Hello,

 

I purchased a DLC for Ghost Recon Phantoms, although the game is "free to play" actually is a free trial and you need to buy a DLC to unlock the game. Thats not important.

I bought the DLC, but it never appeared in my account. 
What I did was I contacted both Ubisoft support and Steam support. 

Ubisoft is not responding for two weeks now!

Steam support is saying contact the developer and barely respond and they don't do anything about it.

 

Do you have any suggestions?!

Usually I pay by PayPal, which have my ass covered, but this time I used a credit card and I cannot do anything about it.

if you used a credit card or paypal just reverse the payment

edit: oops sorry and yes you can call your credit card company and tell them what happened and they can reverse it

The game is still free to play without it, the infinity pack just unlocks everything faster

Haven't played in a while i see... Give it another try and see what they did to it. I used to play when it was in beta, i gave it another go after 1.6 Phantom Accelerator update and I've decided to play a little bit now. Well I think they are just trying to sink it.

I didn't mind the game itself but the Uplay requirement was too annoying to deal with and I have since reformatted
