Motherboard help.

Okay so someone recommend me this mother board with my $1300 Gaming PC build.  Asus Z170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard .So i started searching up this motherboard and on some of the reviews say it doesn't work or that the BIOS is bad and that there are constant updates. So i was wondering if this is a good Motherboard or should i change it.Also where do you recommend be buying them and from which trust worthy website or sties. Here is the list below of the parts.

 

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor 

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler 

Motherboard: Asus Z170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard     or different one

Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory

Storage: Samsung 850 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Dri

Storage: WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive might get a black one because of video editing that i will be doing and  recording game play. I will put my games from here also.

Video card: Sapphire Radeon NITRO R9 390 8GB GDDR5

Case: Rosewill BlackHawk ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B2 80+ BRONZE

Well if we recommended you a motherboard and you looked at a review and you found there's a negative point in it you wouldn't buy it then would you? At the end of the day if we keep recommending a motherboard and there are faulty reviews out there then you wouldn't end up with a motherboard. The point I'm trying to say is not every manufacturing process if 100% perfect, if you end up with a faulty motherboard report it to the store you bought it from. Is the motherboard you listed good? Yea I'd buy it, if it's faulty or something isn't working then I'm returning it to the store. http://www.play3r.net/reviews/motherboards/asus-z170-pro-gaming-skylake-motherboard-review/15/ They were able to hit 4.7GHz at 1.5v which is pretty high imho, I'd stop at 1.4v.
