well there are plenty of universal waterblocks...

As Enderman said, there are quite a lot of universal blocks, but as far as I know, there are no full cover blocks, even from EKWB. 

 

Normally, if EK doesn't do one, no one does. I can't find one through searches, at least. It's not a particularly exceptional or common card, so I wouldn't expect a full cover block for it at all.

If you got GTX 970 FTW ACX 2.0 then it works, if you got GTX 970 FTW+ ACX 2.0, then you are out of luck.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.
