That's a European plug. Either adapter off or find one that's of the UK standard.

That's the Euro Schuko CEE 7-3, seems to be the one in your picture; to a UK adapter.  Should be right.

I'll message Dell later on but for right now I just want to get this monitor working (excited, 1440p ips 24 inch monitor ).
