Hello, I need to get a new cooler for my Sapphire R9 280 Dual-X and I don't know what to buy.. I had my eyes on the Accelero Xtreme IV 280 but it wont fit without doing moddings and shit that will end up badly so I skip that cooler I guess.. I could get an AIO-cooler maybe but Im not sure how Im gonna keep VRM/VRAM cool, I know there's a Kraken G10 but I heard alot of bad stuff about it. :(!!

Keep the price below 130 dollars, all I want is something relatively quiet and cool.

Does anyone have any suggestions or something?

RMA the old one if possible/May still be under warranty. :P Still don't get why you removed the old fans.

Oh yeah baby! ;D Nah but seriously, why is there no one else that can answer? xD I need advice

Because people stopped caring about the thread :c Plus, just get the G10 + VRM heatsinks, therefore VRM cooling would be just fine with the fan that comes with it.

Hhaha yup i guess.. Well I dont really believe the G10 makes a great job xD I still got hopes in the Accelero Xtreme IV 280 tho.. I think ill just file down (is that what you call it) the backplate thingy a slight bit so i can get it to fit with the motherboard heatsink xD Not sure yet

Or you could do it the other way around and file down the motherboard heatsink, less work but you'd need to remove it first.
