I don't understand what you want.  If you want me to tell you the build is good, I don't know if I can.

1.  Where are you buying this?  What country?

2.  What is your budget?

I see things that you are overspending on, I just don't know how much.

NO. Dude! You dont buy a I5-6600 with an cheap ass GTX 950. Spend less on the  CPU and get a better GPU.

Oh. I overread the 2nd build :D      Way better.       But if you really want the I5-6600 you probably will need DDR4, which is expensive as ****.

If you're on a budget, i would go with a CPU from last GEN - maybe an i5 4670K - and a GTX 970.

Student - Budgetbuilder - trying to save as much money as possible :D    | I love clean Setups |

 PC: i5-3470. GTX660. 8GB DDR3. -> 320 USD  | Z3 -> 160USD | selfbuild Speakersystem -> 21USD

if you HAVE to go with one of these, and you plan to PLAY GAMES ONLY, I'd say the second build, or just make a hybrid of these two

DDR4 is nearly the same price as DDR3 :P And 4690k + R9 390 is better as the 390 performs the same or slightly better.

@TheRandomness it is pre build because they built it for someone else but that person never showed up so im getting either one at a cheaper price

In that case, go for build 2. Better graphics card and has an SSD. ;)
