I am going to play starcraft 2, heroes of the storm, tf2, portal 2 and hardline at 60fps ultra and dying light, gta 5 at high-ultra 60fps. Not sure what to say from here.

if this is the case, go with the r9 390, 390x or gtx 980, whichever you can afford

At 1080p I'd go with the R9 390 or GTX 980. Anything 1440p or above I'd go for the 980Ti.
