the lights are mainly there for debugging, if the PC boots no problems, you don't need to pay attention to it

its gone it was the start up this but it was staying for a while. So now my question is when does it display something on the screen?

Try this:

Go to your display settings and add a display as a duplicate or extended display for your second screen or have it your primary, whatever you prefer.
