youtube problem

so when i watch some videos on youtube especially music sometimes the volume drops and when i pause and play again it goes back up to where its ment to be its only youtube that i noticed and i have no volume settings on to keep sound under a safe volume so im lost on why its doing this any ideas?

There is nothing to fix this issue other than enabling loudness equalization in windows, which then messes with the quality of the music. It seems to be emanating from youtube itself.  

its a shit idea if i want to listen my music loud i should be aloud to
