Do the Coolermaster V series come sleeved (do any psu's come pre-sleeved? haven't done alot of research on the topic yet) or only with their set of cables?

Most PSUs have a sort of braid around the cables, but not individually sleeved cables. AFAIK, no PSUs actually come pre-sleeved.

It is not that hard to do it yourself just takes some time.

I have the V650 in one of my other PCs. They are really good, btw.

The main 24pin cable, PCIe power cables and the 4+4 CPU power cable are partially sleeved but the coloured cable ends are exposed at the connectors. The rest are all black. You can get cable extensions which is what I did when I used to run that PSU in my main rig. It's far cheaper and easier than sleeving your own cables. Just make sure your case has room to store and hide the extra lengths of cables.
