A good gpu for adobe after effects 2015

I need to know if evey gpu works with adobe or only professional grade like quadros

No, even GTX cards work with Adobe.

 

What's your budget?

For a touch over you could grab a 390 which would be go for GPU acceleration and the 8gb for loading video in.
