How is this possible?

I recently upgraded my primary laptop HDD to a Samsung 850 EVO.  These are the test results:

This is double the speed of my Intel 750 series in my desktop computer.  Why does it test so fast? Something fishy is going on here.

 

You have Rapid mode enabled it uses your RAM as cache which is why it's giving you those results.

It's Samsung's RAPID technology. That's normal and also not technically true. It uses RAM as a resource.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Dayuum, that's because rapid mod is enabled.

My 850evo doesn't even reach those speed even with rapid mode enabled :(
