how good is the gtx 950/960

my moniter is 1280x1024 so i game at that. im hoping in to get 1080p moniter in august. still a ways away

This card is VERY quiet too...one of the quietest GPU available actually...this is a top of the line fan and it's big and it will keep the card very cool and quiet...it's a good product for people on budget.

This will totaly max out any game at such low resolution and your CPU will obviously be the limiting factor to gaming performance until you get a 1080p monitor...at 1080p this card will run medium settings and will be a good match for your CPU. i would get that if i was you i think it's a good fit for you right now.

yeah sure its basicaly the same but from evga...which has the reputation of having the best customer services and warranty, havnt seen it was the same price yeah id go with that instead..sorry!

the only thjing i dont like is how small it is. im not a fan of a card that small but i guess whatever works

At the lowest settings, my GTX 960 runs GTA V at around 120 fps. I can't increase the texture level though as I don't have enough VRAM.
