Best Wireless adapter for $15

hey guys, I know ethernet and Powerline are better options, but they worn't work in my scenario, so I need a wireless adapter for my PC. I only want to spend $15. it doesn't need to have 5Ghz, although it wouldn't hurt. 

 

Ultimately i'm not too picky as long as it just works.

It can be a little more than 15, but would like to stay close to that. I saw a similar one to the one you linked, but it was a model up and had mimo and dual antenna for like 2 bucks more. Would it be good?
