i have just started to notice there are a few people who constantly appear in my facebook online friends cube picture thing on the bottom left hand side of the home screen. we never talk and i never look on their profiles, one girl is hot too

 

what does this mean? how does fb decide who to put there?

Most of the time from Browsing history or friends of friends but always targeted. Like on my fake facebook with no one that i am friends with and a completely random name and email it still gives me suggestions that are my friends magically.
