I have a 29 inch floating Shelf I bought from Ikea, but the size makes it so only one end could be in the stud, right. Im only going to put a couple frames on the shelf, is it strong enough?

Fedex Ground must be on Horse back, It took 7 days to go 200 miles

theres plugs you can get that you push into the hole so a screw can grab into it and not pull out of the drywall

Drywall would be that cardboard like layer thing on my wall right, if so yea. and alright hopefully it does destroy everything

Yeah the paper with gypsum in between the two layers, just be sure that to drill a hole is large enough for the toggle wing part to go through and pop out but still hidden when you install the shelf.

Usually it's 1/2" for most walls, as long as your home isn't really old and has that plaster and lathe stuff you shouldn't have any difficulties.
