XFX just released a "new" model with the legendary 290 series reference cooler, i assume it have ref PCB as well. Not quite sure about that but if u're planning to watercool the card, this probably the one you want.

The XFX 390 has a reference PCB!? this is the first i've heard... must resist urge... to upgrade...

there's a small catch, there are 2 of them one that uses reference 290X water-blocks. the other has no blocks, one that doesn't. see here: http://www.ekwb.com/configurator/

It's that and the 390. Uses reference cooler. don't know about reference pcb.

Aha, and the catch was if you look up the 290 waterblock it lists 0 390's, but if you find the xfx 390 it lists the 290x block, which is why I couldn't find it in the past.
