Need to build a PC for school work. Not adding a GPU for now. Budget is around 700-800 CAD.

Are you going to do any gaming whatsoever on this pc? just youtube and word? if so you can lower this computer to a MUCH MORE cheeper price. I think 700 for just school is wayyyyyyy too much. unless you are planing to game in it. 

I'm just waiting for black Friday for the graphic card.

I assume you already have a HEATSINK???? it doesnt come with a STOCK Intel heatsink this is the cheapest 6600K BUILD EVER!!! :D
 
Z170M chipset for OVERCLOCKING!!! M8 & the 6600K is UNLOCKED!!!
 
I saw you locked the components and specified your needs on each component but how did you do that may i ask y?
Oh and i know that MOBO is kinda ugly but it was the cheapest Z170M micro ATX i could fine you'll have to deal with that orange right?

TOTAL: $1284,41 (Average HIGH-END GAMING PC PRICE) you can lower the GPU if you arent that EXTREME gamer what games you play at what resolution and what refresh (Hz) monitor do you use?

 

You can atually upgrade 1 or 2 parts each until its complete :D
