help finding a game.

So I recall looking at this game magazine a long time ago when I was 8 or 10.

 

Now I came across this one game page, where it had this lady in red, silver hair and holding a gun.

 

I think it was a investigation/horror/survive game. I think you had to look for clues and evade certain enemies.

 

One picture had an enemy which was like a green spiky slime thing, it was attacking this character.

 

Again am not sure what the game is, however I would like to play it since it sounded extremely interesting, not sure if the game was axed or not either so please help me

also what year was this telling us your age when it happened doesnt help us.. that coulda been 2 years ago or 20

Hell if I know. OP didn't give us much to work on. And that was the first survival horror game that came to my mind.

Sounds like Alan Wake.

 

Sorry for late replies. But here is what can know. It was somewhat in 2004-2006.

 

It was during the Era of  PS2 and Xbox. 

 

So no PS3 OR 360 games.

 

It was either PS2 or 360 game. However it could or could not been made, not entirely sure. 

 

It seemed very realistic, the graphics of that of The Bouncer.
