i need help with capture card

so i use the avermedia live gamer hd lite to record my xbox one and jut started using obs instead of recentral. so i started going through the obs options and it let me set my capture card to record 1080p 60 FPS which recentral does not is it actually 60 FPS or is it like when you render 30 FPS video at 60 FPS but its still only 30.

I'm not sure what you mean but the live gamer lite can only do 1080p 30fps max (Consoles can't play stuff at 60 anyway...)
