DONT GET A CPU COOLER that cpu cant overclock its waste of 70 dollars

Good build, but why a beefy cooler on a non overclock able chip? Invest the money on a better graphics card

Please stop talking nonsense. Powercolor's 200 series was fairly bad, but if you had researched you would know that their 300 series GPUs are actually quite good.

remove that cpu cooler, the stock one is fine, or get a 212 evo if you want one

and get a better psu, like seasonic s12ii 520/620, xfx ts 550/650

First off, ditch the cooler. You don't need that, since locked Intel chips come with a stock heatsink, which is more than enough.

 

Secondly, that case. I don't recognise the branding at all. Not saying it needs to be changed, but I can't necessarily advise it.

 

Lastly, get a beefier card. A 970 would probably be more ideal, and since you drop the cooler, that'll be easier to afford.
