Thay have released some games with way to much DRM, they have a shady customer policy, they release day one DLC and they have a tendency to be satisfied with a mediocre product. Other then that I don't have a problem with them. Also we have had way to many of these threads already

I had some experience with EA customer support/policies, and I wouldn't say they're shady. It's just as a big company they need to keep things secure. Mediocre? What products would that be? Just curious. That's very subjective.

I don't mean their customer support. I have only had good experiences with them. What I am talking about is how they threat their customers as an end user. When they release a half finished product because it had to be relseased on deadline, they, is a sense, don't care for you, the customer. They only care for they rep and for that first release week.

My bad. Then what policies are you calling "shady"?

What would be examples of incomplete products?

An example would be the newest Sim City. They promised a lot of feature that wasn't in the released game. For example the building area was about half the size of what they promised, and a lot of buildings were not in the game. Also there were a lot of bugs, some of which were game breaking.

And an example of a shady policy would be that they promised a stat feature in Fifa 12 (i can't remember what exactly) and it wasn't in the game. Then they promised taht it would be patched in. And as time went they keept pusing it further and further, untill they decided not to release it, but to include it in Fifa 13.
