Ergonomics on your desk?

it depends on what is causing it. no bs, you should get that checked out. You may know what triggers it but not what causes it. could be nothing serious, could be very serious. Take it from a guy who was told his whole life his back issues were normal only to find out years and years later it was 2 broken disks.

Do any of you guys have that sharp fucking pain in your lower back from sitting on your desk or something like that? How does one cope that shit?

Fuck me it hurs, i just switched to cable and now i am nailed to the desk, because no WiFi! 

Had it today, but I do sit in weird ways since I get so bored sometimes

Don't hunch over, sit up, make sure your monitor is arms length away, get a better chair, and to stop the pain sleep with a pillow under you knees while lying on your back and in between them when you are on your side.
