Just take it to an auto-body shop. 

Sorry I was unclear, I didn't mean just a normal single colour coat, I meant with custom desgins etc.

Like vinyl decals and such? If you are looking at painting a custom design you will need to contact a auto body shop that specializes in that sort of thing. It will be rather expensive though. They will probably still be cheaper than a specialized PC modder.

Probably an auto shop or google places near you that have an airbrusher person
