Is ClipGrab Legit?

Hi y'all, so im looking to download some youtube videos and i saw the program ClipGrab to download the videos with. Has anybody used this software and is it legit? Or will it put spyware and shit on my computer? Thanks  :)

I just use some youtube to mp4 site to do my downloading. Idk if this is the crappiest way of doing it or not but at least I dont have to risk downloading anything other then the video

Clipgrab is great, the legality of it though...
