Facebook customer service

Does ANYONE know how to contact Facebook customer Service??? I look for a number and all i can find is 650-543-4800 but it doesn't work. EVER.

The reason I need help is in the pic attached.
If you can help with that it would be even better.

Facebook literally doesn't have a customer support contact.

You're screwed. You'll have to probably use snail mail.

You could try reporting the issue to facebook, but other than that, you're SOL, as they do not have a customer service (can you imagine how flooded they'd be with idiots saying "my facebook ain't working!")
