problem with over clocking

hey guys.

 

I need some help, since I have an asus m5a99fx and over clock my amd phenom II x6. My internet doesn't  work.

the over clock is fully stable. only I can't use internet. I've got a pci card. but I think it isn't recognized anymore.

Does you internet work when you go back to stock?

what settings did you touch when dialing in your OC?

try it with a more gentle oc and see if it works, my only idea is that it might be a lack of power, what PSU do you have?

@boggle4321 i thought it was with every OC.  temporarily  i have a corsair tx750 ( anoying beep)

so you are overclocking over BCLK rather than multiplier? I wouldn't recommend doing it that way cause that can effect your other hardware as well. Try changing your ratio to 40 and leaving your bus at 100

@Hirad123 I tried them both, but is has the same effect, en stock the bus is at 200
