i would prefer the 2x8 sticks myself just for future upgradability if needed

But how soon will you need 32 gb of ram?

depends what you do... if youre gaming... never, if you do content creation then the more ram the better

I do mostly gaming, I convert videos sometimes and sometimes really sometimes turn on photoshop.

then go with the 4x4... i think it looks better anyway

depends even then...

 

Gaming, 32GB = 16-24GB RAMDISK

 

Tired of seeing textures "popping" in?

Buy a RAMDISK today and you shall never experience it again!
