Overclocking I5-4690k

Hi,

 

I built a gaming PC recently with a overclockable i5-4690k processor as well as a AMD MSI R9 390. I am not quite sure how to overclock and the guides online are kind of confusing for me. I am running AIDA64 for around 10 minutes now and am getting around 45-46°C on my CPU. Id like to overclock both my CPU and GPU but first get one overclock working in this case the CPU. Could I please have someone walk me through the process?
