system for my girlfriend

so my girlfriend is currently playing on a shitty laptop with an AMD a10 apu, and it really sucks. so ive decided to take it upon myself to price out a system for her. so before i do any serious research, i need ideas.

so our budget is around $600 USD, id prefer we go with AMD for the graphics, no monitor, keyboard, os, or anything like that needs to be in the list.

here are the games she plays and wants to play: skyrim, xcom EU, Elite dangerous, Fallout 4, minecraft, american truck simulator, and cities skylines. so nothing too difficult to run.

give me ideas on what to throw in the spec list plz

520w will be adequate as that i5 is pretty power efficient. Video card will be the main user of power, but 520w will be fine.
